haven't played options for almost a year now. personal reasons.
I basically just buy and hold individual stocks for the most part. rarely
trade individual stocks. Just trading ETF.

CF的起可以解释吧。而且相当明显。
农产品的价钱在七月开始上升速度相当大。俄国和中国都在那个时候有对农产品非常有
利的消息。（譬如俄国作为世界第三农产品出产国，有100年来罕见的旱灾，食品供应
面临短缺）
再加上bhp高价买POT,其他化肥公司也就理所当然的被当成可能的被收购目标。

我不喜欢猪肉白菜大葱包，也不喜欢cappuccino.
我就喜欢叉烧包和regular coffee 或奶茶。而且不要english tea那种，要lipton之类
的。也不可以要starbucks的咖啡。

那几位同学好。我不是大牛啊。
帮主,干儿子是一天比一天帅啊！
最近没有很跟紧行情，不太了解个股，就觉得应该是个range market吧。应该是很
多人在准备这second half slow down吧。如果接近十月ER，有迹象second half没有
slow down很多，那会牛到年尾。
到十月之前，如果一定要买，我看还是下得多了（不是恐慌那种）就买点什么农业，好
的retailer,auto，REIT之类的，其他basic materials如CLF,ANR可能也可以看看。

具体名字不记得了。
这将近一年来，应该大部分都是在mid cap stock里面。bond 大概有15-20%

If "cash out" means "taking it out"? You can't do that without penalty
But if you mean transfering to a cash account or a money market account, you
have to check with the 403b plan provider the options you have. e.g. if
your 403b plan provider is TIAA-cref, call them to ask them what options you
have if you want something like cash account. Some plans may not have that
options

I guess there's a marginal advantage if you are interested in a career in
finance.
but if you are just taking it for knowledge wise (my case), it's not really
worth it.

谁知道中国昨晚会有消息呢。不过消息本身没有消息过后市场的反应重要。
我陆续买进long FAS, cover shorts是上个星期，主要是觉得5/6的底没test过一次，
10，000应该没那么容易破吧。
结果还是意外星期二居然破了，不过当天破了被扳回来，还是挺好的讯号，该下没下，
所以星期二加long UYM ,彻底没了shorts.不过上个星期的long 跳上水面，跳下水底来
回好几轮呢。今天我想还是卖一半FAStake 点profit,这轮应该能到10500左右吧。
不能到的话，之前几轮的profit也够折腾接下的了。接下来大概是两个scenario，大幅
度range market 大概10000-15000。不然就应该是熊熊了。

还不算心得。搞一次成功不能拿来当样本。
我基本上是搞ETF。首先要有个大前题
大前提就是我觉得欧洲那边会有影响，而且股市涨得厉害，觉得是要回调了，所以就买
了FAZ, TZA这些。
然后就是准备有意外，
没想到5/6号那天会那么恐慌，那天卖了一半的FAZ,TZA，也在大下将近一千点的时候抄
了底。第二天unemployment data觉得可能可以撑一下，不过整一千点的恐慌应该不会马上就痊愈，所以在盘前设了些比较高的卖点，抄底的在盘前出。不过最重要的还是dumb luck，我那天要出门一整天，所以才会那么果断。
然后就是观察，抓信号。5/6好的讯号很重要，首次显示market原来已经很skittish.
接下来该涨的时候不涨，那就得下得更凶。该下的时候不下，那可能有短期底了。
譬如星期五，financial reforms漏夜通过，uncertainty clears,加上德国国会投票通
过bail out plans，再加上前几天下了那么多oversold，应该是要大涨的，结果全天最
高只涨了不到两百点.那就该下了。
不过最重要的还是要有margin of errors。预测肯定是有错的。就算预测方向对了，也
不能对price target太过有自信。差不多就好了。譬如觉得应该到27,25-26就该准备跑
了。
